Accessibility Statement
Belonging should extend beyond what we make to every digital doorway people use to find it.
Every Ability. Every Moment. Every School. That promise includes working to make the Every Collegiate Apparel website usable by people with a wide range of disabilities, access needs, devices and assistive technologies.
List of Services

1. Our commitmentItem Link List Item 1
Turtlefox LLC, the owner and operator of Every Collegiate Apparel, is committed to providing an inclusive digital experience across our main website, school landing pages, online shopping experience and customer-support pathways.
Digital accessibility is ongoing work. Content, products, school collections, suppliers and technology can change, so we treat accessibility as a continuing responsibility—not a one-time project or a box to check.
-
2. Our accessibility goalItem Link List Item 2
Our goal is to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG organizes accessibility around four principles: content and functionality should be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
A goal, not an unsupported certification.
Referencing WCAG 2.2 Level AA describes the standard we are working toward. It should not be read as a claim that every page, feature or third-party service has already been independently certified or is free from every accessibility barrier.
-
3. What we are working onItem Link List Item 3
Our accessibility efforts include working to provide:
logical headings, landmarks and page structure;
keyboard access and visible keyboard focus;
meaningful text alternatives for informative images;
sufficient color contrast and information that does not rely on color alone;
clear link, button, form-field and error-identification language;
content that remains usable when text is enlarged or the display is zoomed;
responsive layouts for different screen sizes and orientations;
plain, descriptive language where practical; and
testing and remediation as new pages, school collections and store features are added.
We also consider accessibility when choosing vendors and evaluating updates that affect browsing, checkout, payments, forms and customer support.
-
4. Third-party content and servicesItem Link
Parts of the customer journey may be provided by third parties, such as storefront, payment, social-media, embedded content, fulfillment or shipping services. We may not control every technical aspect of those services, but we want to know when they create an accessibility barrier and will work with the provider or offer reasonable assistance when possible.
Links to university, licensing-partner or other external websites lead to experiences governed and maintained by those organizations.
-
5. Request accessibility assistanceItem Link List Item 4
If a disability-related barrier prevents you from accessing information, exploring a school collection, completing an order or contacting us, please use our Contact Us page and identify your message as an “Accessibility Request.”
Tell us what you were trying to access or accomplish and your preferred way to receive the information or assistance. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the content, product information or service through an accessible alternative and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.
-
6. Report an accessibility barrierItem Link
Feedback from people with lived experience helps us improve. When reporting a barrier, please include as much of the following as you are comfortable sharing:
the page address or name of the feature;
a brief description of the problem;
the device and browser being used;
the assistive technology being used, if relevant; and
your preferred contact method.
You are not required to disclose a diagnosis or private medical information to report an accessibility issue or request assistance.
-
7. Ongoing improvementItem Link
We review accessibility as the site evolves and prioritize barriers that prevent access to core information, communication and shopping functions. We may update this statement to reflect meaningful changes in our standards, technology, evaluation or support process.
Questions or feedback may be submitted through our Contact Us page. Please include “Accessibility” in your message so it can be routed appropriately.
