About Every Collegiate Apparel

The idea, the organization and how the school collections fit together.

  • What is Every Collegiate Apparel?

Every Collegiate Apparel is a national collegiate-apparel initiative owned and operated by Turtlefox LLC. It brings traditional and adaptive apparel together under one inclusive shopping experience, with a dedicated “Every” collection created for each participating school.

  • What does “Every Ability. Every Moment. Every School.” mean?

It expresses our belief that school identity and belonging should include people with every type of body and ability. Traditional and adaptive products belong together—not in separate corners of the marketplace.

  • Is Every Collegiate Apparel owned by a university?

No. Every Collegiate Apparel is an independent brand owned and operated by Turtlefox LLC. Participating universities retain ownership of their names, logos, mascots and other marks. A university’s appearance on this site does not mean it owns or operates the site.

  • Are all school collections officially licensed?

School-branded merchandise is offered for sale only after the required licensing and product approvals are in place. Some school pages may appear earlier to explain a developing initiative. Those pages are clearly labeled and do not represent that merchandise is already approved or available.

  • What does “licensing underway” or “in development” mean?

It means conversations, applications, product planning or approvals are still in progress. It is not a guarantee that a license has been granted or that a collection will launch on a specific date.

  • Why aren’t all schools available yet?

Each school has its own licensing process, brand standards, product approvals and partnership considerations. We would rather build each collection responsibly than rush an unapproved or incomplete program.

  • Can I request a school that is not listed?

Yes. Use our Contact Us page and choose a general inquiry. Interest does not guarantee a collection, but it helps us understand which university communities want to participate.

  • What makes apparel adaptive?

Adaptive apparel uses design features intended to make dressing easier or more comfortable for people with disabilities and other access needs. Depending on the garment, features may include alternative closures, seated-wear construction, easier openings or access points. Each product page should identify its specific features.

  • Are traditional and adaptive products offered together?

Yes—that is central to the model. Customers begin with the school they love and can explore available traditional and adaptive products within the same school collection. The construction may differ, but the school identity and sense of belonging remain shared.

  • Is adaptive apparel medical equipment?

No. Our adaptive-feature descriptions explain garment design and are not medical advice. Customers and caregivers should evaluate the fit, closures and features for the intended wearer’s individual needs.

  • How do I choose the right size?

Review the size guide and measurements provided with the specific product, because fit can vary by garment and supplier. Compare those measurements with a similar garment that fits well. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a product’s fit or adaptive features.

  • Will the color look exactly the same on my screen?

We work to present colors accurately, but display settings, lighting and ordinary manufacturing variations can create differences. School colors and licensed artwork are produced according to the applicable approval requirements.

  • Can adaptive apparel be returned?

Eligible adaptive apparel follows the same 15-day return-request window and condition standards as traditional apparel. Personalized, customized, worn, washed and clearly marked final-sale items are not returnable unless defective, damaged or incorrect. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.

  • Can I order traditional and adaptive products together?

Yes. The products can be purchased through the same integrated store when available for that school. Because the items may be produced by different approved suppliers, they may ship separately.

  • When is my order accepted?

An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your request; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Availability, payment, pricing accuracy and licensing restrictions may be verified before fulfillment begins. See our Terms & Conditions.

  • Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins, particularly for personalized, customized or made-to-order products.

  • How long does processing take?

Traditional apparel generally requires 5–10 business days to process. Adaptive apparel generally requires 10–15 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time, and a product page may state a different estimate when applicable.

  • Why might one order arrive in multiple packages?

Traditional and adaptive products may be made and shipped by different approved suppliers. Items from the same order can therefore ship on different dates, use different carriers and have separate tracking numbers. We may ship a completed portion rather than hold it while another item is still being prepared.

  • Who pays for shipping, and where do you ship?

Customers pay the shipping charge displayed at checkout. We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.

  • What should I do if a package is lost or damaged?

Contact us promptly with your order number, the affected item and photographs when available. Keep the product and packaging until instructions are provided so we can work with the supplier and carrier on the appropriate resolution.

  • How long do I have to request a return?

You must contact us within 15 calendar days after the item is delivered. For an order delivered in multiple packages, the window begins separately for each item when that item is delivered.

  • Who pays return shipping?

Customers pay return shipping for preference, size or fit returns. When an item is defective, damaged or incorrect and we require it to be returned, Every Collegiate Apparel will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping according to the instructions we give you.

  • Do you offer exchanges?

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed because inventory and fulfillment vary by supplier. The most reliable option is to request an eligible return and place a new order. Defective, damaged or incorrect products are handled separately under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • What is your digital accessibility goal?

Our goal is to align the website with WCAG 2.2 Level AA while continuing to test and improve as the site evolves. Read our Accessibility Statement for details.

  • How can I report an accessibility barrier or request assistance?

Use our Contact Us page and identify your message as an “Accessibility Request.” Tell us which page or task created difficulty and your preferred way to receive assistance. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or private medical information.

  • How can a university explore an Every collection?

Visit For Universities to learn about the model, then use our Contact Us page and select “Universities & Licensing.” We welcome conversations with licensing, athletics, accessibility, retail and campus leaders.

  • Can a campus store or retailer carry the products?

Approved retail and wholesale arrangements may be available depending on the school, license, product and fulfillment model. Use our Contact Us page and select “Retail & Wholesale” to begin a conversation.

  • How can an organization become a partner?

Visit our Partners page and contact us with your organization’s role, expertise and proposed contribution. We are especially interested in collaborators who strengthen accessible design, production, representation, fulfillment or university engagement.
